I'm a student at Gracie Jiu-Jitsu of Laurel. I've taken several martial arts so far in my life and Mr. Sean is one of the best teachers I've found so far, He knows his techniques and is super patient explaining them to everyone. He is willing to go the extra mile to help someone. I recommend Gracie Jiu-Jitsu to anyone and their family looking to get in shape, learn self-defense, learn the sport side of Jiu-Jitsu, or just wanting to try something new.
