The BEST Brazillian Jiu Jitsu that is truly for EVERYONE!

Helio and all the Gracie family would be proud of this establishment and to be affiliated with Brian and the BJJ family of students at this dojo.
I love training with everyone at this facility. Brian is an awesome instructor and will teach you according to YOUR goals, be it self defense, training for tournaments, or just a hobby with the benefit of being able to better defend yourself and family. I have personally noticed that I am becoming much more flexible and that old injuries seem to be less and less bothersome and I am getting into shape again.
The atmosphere at this facility is more like a family, well except everyone here gets along with one another. There is a great blend of folks here that all become equals once we step on the mat. Everyone is helpful and I have never felt embarrassed or out of place, not even on my first day as the new student. My wife recently joined and we do a couple of classes a week as a couple and we love it! I am in my 40s but there are folks here of all ages and levels, great kid's classes, and there is a special needs class that is second to none. This place is truly for everyone that wants to learn, train BJJ, and or just be better at life. I hope to see some new faces and get to train with you soon.
