Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Rohnert Park

Hi my name is Jenette Huse and i love brazilian jiu-jitsu.The first time that I tried Jiu -Jitsu, I couldn't get enough of it, which is good because I love training; it makes me feels good about myself in many ways.( mentally and physically especially) I made many new friend who are very kind and willing to help me when I need it on a technique.

I just cannot believe that I sat at the bench for 1 year, sitting by myself just watching my kids and my Husband train and have a blast.

When my husband first took me to watch for the first time, I said to him: " Oh, that's to much close-body contact, I can't do that..." Now, if I don't train, it seems as if there is something missing. Jiu-jitsu is more than just a fun and amazing way to learn self defense, it is also a great conditioning for the body, mind, and spirit.

Jiu Jitsu really changed my life and I'm immensely grateful and proud for the many accomplishments that I have achieved in Life.

Please try it out I'm 100% for sure that you would love it .GBRP. I'm very thankful to Professor Bill

And all the Coaches, Assistant you guys are amazing!!!

Great place to train

I've been training here for about a year and a half and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. I'm not an exercise junkie by any means, but training BJJ at Gracie Barra is legitimately as fun as it is a great workout. The environment is amazing, none of the egos that kept me away from gyms in the past. Instead there's a laid-back, respectful family atmosphere. I ride the bus an hour or more just to train and it's worth every minute. Also, these days you see a lot of dojos with iffy practices/qualifications - some instructors don't even tell you who awarded them their belt or in what. That's absolutely not the case here, Professor Bill is a world-class black belt with unquestionable credentials. I'd highly recommend the free introductory class for anybody with any interest in martial arts, regardless of age (the kids classes are great and the fundamentals/advanced program are very age-friendly, from teenagers to seniors).

Gracie Barra Rohnert Park is a great place to train - and a great place to bring your whole family. The instruction is second to none, but the atmosphere is what really makes it. Light, bright and always very clean. Not what you'd expect from a martial arts academy. Very refreshing. The staff is also very polite and always makes me feel and my family comfortable. Would refer to anyone.

I was looking for a new fitness challenge and wated to learn the art of self defense. I have been training with Professor Bill for eight months and I could not be happier with progression in my stamina, confidence, and over all sense of being. If you are looking a family environment and you want to push yourself to the highest limit, Rohnert Park Gracie Barra has what you are looking for.

I've been training at GBRP for about two years now, and I absolutely love it. We have two very high ranking Professors and the Coaches are awesome too, you couldn't ask for better/more knowledgable instruction. It's a great environment, very competitive and high-level training but very family oriented as well.

I've learned so much from this place. It has an amazing group of people in and amazing environment that you truly couldn't find in a such a combination anywhere else.

I would would recommend this place to anyone because I think it has something to offer everyone!

5 stars!
