Programs & Class Schedule

Mixed age classes(ages 8 and up) Monday through Thursday 6:00-7:30 PM
Saturday 10:00-11:30 AM

Ages 5-8 years (up to green belt) Monday and Wednesday 5:00-6:00
Saturdays 9:00-10:00

Ages 5-7 may attend mixed class before green belt if accompanied by guardian.
