Finally! A great place to train Aikido in Hood RIver. My kids love the kids class. They're learning how to be aware of the way they move, fall down without getting hurt, and to blend and redirect aggressive force without fighting. Adult classes focus on self development and awareness through movement, balance, and body alignment.
