Judo is offer for
Tiny Tots ages 3 to 6 which is mostly very basic judo, tumbling, falling, and fun Tues & Thus 6PM 45 minute classes
Kids Olympic Judo ages 7 to 12 covering throws and holds and competition aspects of judo Mon & Weds 5:30PM Sat 9AM 1 hour classes
Teen/Adult Olympic Judo ages 13 and up focuses on all aspects of judo including submissions, kata, and self defense Mon & Weds 6:30PM Sat 10AM 1.5 hour classes
No Contracts sign up via the City of Claremont Human Services
Goltz Judo started in 1987 and is among the largest in the USA Judo Association. Head instructor Gary Goltz has been doing judo almost 50 years is an advisor to the LAPD, and president of the USJA.
