Golden Knights Karate has been located in Frederick, MD for over 35 years. In that time, Golden Knights has focused on one thing: creating, maintaining, and supporting confident individuals. Golden Knights teaches Respect and Discipline, all while encouraging its students to reach the height of their abilities and beyond.
That’s why at Golden Knights, we don’t just teach karate—we develop people.
We believe the lessons learned through the practice of karate extend beyond the dojo and into daily life. Programs & Class Schedule
Golden Knights Karate offers 3 kinds of classes. We offer a class geared towards the younger learners (but includes people of all ages), adult classes (including advanced belts), and our new Women's Self-Defense courses.
Class Times:
Monday/Wednesday
- 5-6 pm - Women's Self-Defense (Contact us for exact dates)
- 6:30-7:30 pm - Adult/Advanced Belts
Tuesday/Thursday
- 5:30-6:30 pm - Class (Ages 5+, Adults are Welcome!)
Saturday
- 10-11:30 am - Class (Ages 5+, Adults are Welcome!)
At Golden Knights, we do NOT require a contract. We have a flat monthly rate that includes tests; yes that's right, you don't have to pay extra to advance to the next belt. The monthly rate covers any number of classes you are eligible to attend, and you are not limited to the number of classes you can attend in a month.
We welcome walk-in's and encourage you to try us out FREE to two-weeks!
