Goiano Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy is very well maintained, it is a family owned dojo. It has Professor Rafael "Goiano" De Lima as head instructor.

Professor "Goiano" is black belt under BJJ legendary and multiple times world champion Marcio "pe de pano" Cruz. And also very important! Professor "Goiano" certified black belt at International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation (IBJJF).

Jiu Jitsu is for everyone regardless of size! It really doesn't matter if you are too small nor too big. As far of the age! The best age to start is when you are five year old and now. In another words is never too late unless you are dead!

Jiu jitsu is the art that allows a very small person to take out a very much larger opponent!
