This is a real dojo. Sensei Sheets is an excellent example of what a Sensei should be. The art he teaches is beautiful and extremely effective. This is an amazing place to change your life!

This is truly an amazing Martial Art.
You can see the passion for this art in the Instructors when they teach.
would recommend it in a heartbeat.
I love the attention, and the knowledge of Sensei Sheets, how he explains each movement and it's practical use in real life. I have learned so much and have added to my resume of life!!!
