My then 8 year old son started at Glens Falls Karate when it first opened up. My son was engaged and enthusiastic about going to Karate for each lesson. Sensei Murphy is amazing with the kids, not only do they have fun but they are learning at the same time. I see a new sense of confidence and strength in my son that he did not have before. After seeing the benefits and enjoyment, I decided to join the adult class. I love it! Its a great group of people being lead by a great teacher. I recommend highly recommend Glens Falls Karate to anybody who wants to learn Karate in an encouraging, informative, supportive and enjoyable way!

My son participates in the kinder kicks program and he absolutely loves it and looks forward to it each week.

I started studying at GFKA about six months ago. Since I have started, I have learned more about myself; mentally and physically. The confidence and discipline has made me a better person. Sensei Murphy is a fantastic leader and his presence is felt throughout the dojo. The classes are educational, fun and definitely a workout! No matter how old you are, these classes will teach you a lot about yourself and show you what your body is truly capable of. I'm very proud to be a part of the Glens Falls Karate Academy.
