I used to go to Girl Fight, but do to work obligations I had to cancel my membership :-( My time spent there was a life changing experience! I lost over 50lbs and found the person I always wanted to be :o) Kru Prairie gave me the tools I needed to keep off the weight and the confidence to try new things. I miss all the girls @ GF and I hope to one day return!
I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to get in shape, but hates the gym! Wishing GF, Kru Prairie and all its students the best of luck in their goals....YOU CAN DO ANYTHING, IF YOU BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!!

I signed my girls up about 2 months ago. Its be amazing to see the change in their confidence. My oldest one was so shy, she wouldn't even go trick or treating, but this year she did!! My husband and I are very grateful to Kru Prairie and the Girl Fight family. Thank you for everything you have already done for my family. Keep kicking ass!!
Kru Prairie has created a new breed of school. I visit Girl Fight often to train for fights. The girls are tough and super nice. They always welcome me in with a big smile and good round kicks lol. If I lived in the area, I would definitely train at Girl Fight. It is one of my favorite gyms to train at.
