Reviews of Georgia Kenshin Kan Dojo

I took shotokan karte for 4 1/2 years but I wish I had started my karate studies with georgia Kenshin Kan Dojo dont get me wrong shotokan is great as well and I learned a great deal from that style. I would advise anyone if you are looking for a place to study karate this is the place. the teacher is great he wants to help his students learn the correct way. And for me I am a hardcore fan of karate love to go to touraments and test my skills in fighting and Kata.

Sensei Peter Bernier does a fantastic job of teaching traditional Okinawan karate. As one who has only started with the art in my mid 20's, Pete has surprised me with what he has been able to teach. I recommend for anyone looking for authentic martial arts study.

The opportunity to study and train this style of martial arts couldn't have come at a better time in my life. Sensei Bernier is a wonderful teacher who truly understands his teachings and cares for his students. I recommend anyone to train at our dojo who is looking for a challenging and overall rewarding environment.

I never thought I could learn karate, thanks to the encouragement from Sensei and other students I am able to learn and achieve my goals. This is a great school!!

Georgia Kenshin Kan dojo is a great place to learn and study martial arts. Sensei Bernier does an excellent job of enriching us with the traditions of Okinawan fighting and culture. I am in just the beginning of a life-long journey, but in the past year I've seen growth in myself as a martial artist as well as in most other areas of my life.
