The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Georgia Hapkido and Popham Athletics:
Monday and Wednesday- 6:15pm-6:45pm Thai Cardio
6:45pm-7:39pm Muay Thai
7:30-8:15 grappling/wrestling
Tuesday and Thursday- 5:30pm-6:15 Kids Hapkido(ages 6-12)
6:30pm-7:30pm Adult Hapkido(ages 13 and up)
Saturday 9am-9:45am- Little Dragons (ages 4-6)
Zumba Monday's at 5:15pm-6:15pm
