Gentle Dragon Martial Arts was formed to help instruct others on how to properly identify a threat, act decisively, and react with precision against an aggressor.
The skills developed through training in Gentle Dragon will not only build a physical toughness, but a metal toughness as well.
Gentle Dragon is designed for real life action across the spectrum of violence. Continuum of force is the only way to survive a no rules engagement, so that is how we train.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Gentle Dragon Martial Arts:
Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Wednesday: 6:00 – 9:00 PM
Thursday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 6:00 – 7:30 PM
Friday: 6:00 – 8:00 PM
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed
