This place is so much fun. Tony and Albert are active competitors and dedicated instructors. There is a great team atmosphere on those mats. Everyone wants to help everyone get better. Definitely my favorite place to roll.
I have been training a little over a year at Genesis. It has been a complete life changer for me. I started out as a very out of shape 37 year old and I am well on my way to being in the best shape of my life! Excellent coaching and training partners. I wouldn't consider training anywhere else! Try it!!!
