I have been a law enforcement Use of Force trainer for 23 years, having the opportunity to train with some of the best trainers in the County. Undoubtedly I can say that Sensei Anthony Sorrentino is the best martial arts trainer I’ve seen in my career. When my son (age 10) became interested in martial arts, we visited and trained at several dojos in the area before we found Sensei Anthony and the Genbu- kia family. Sensei Anthony’s dedication to traditional martial arts, his family and all of the Genbu-kai students are truly remarkable. Words alone cannot express the impact this organization and this man has had on my son and his confidence level at nearly every aspect of his life. The positive character traits of discipline, accountability and respect are constantly reinforced, without sacrificing any of the fun. My family is truly blessed and honored to be part of the Genbu-kai family. I strongly recommend this organization to anyone seeking quality martial arts training.

We love the instructors here and their passion. Students learn modern and ancient forms of self defense, gain self confidence and knowledge. This is a real school to experience something truly amazing.
