In my opinion Gary Quillen s Moo Sa Black Belt Academy is by far the best Karate school in our area. Mr Quillen is a very motivational teacher. I have been taking kickboxing at the Moo Sa Black Belt Academy for about 5 months and never felt so confident in getting the best workouot I could. I know with his guidence I am doing all the proper mixes of cardio, strength, and conditioning to benefit from the program. The cost was extremely reasonable as well. I have met many people in the classes and made some great friends there. In group efforts to motivate each other I couldn t imagine doing another work out on my own. I highly recomend this school for everyone member of the family! Moo Sa!!!!!!!!
