A new owner took over a few years ago and I wasn’t impressed with the teaching methods compared to the two previous owners. I’d prefer more of the older styles that meant more to me in my trainings of martial arts

The owner is unseen and never instructed a kids class but when its test time for new rank, he will be the one testing them like they are soldiers in a military screaming in their face. He will drive your kid to the point where they will not go back to class even after passing test and having new belt rank. Not only that, ruin their love for karate period. What he thinks is normal is verbal and emotional abuse. I speak on behalf of other parents whose kids no longer attend there. Totally disgusting. As far as the initial instructors for kids class, they are great but in the end its a waste of time, hard work and money when owner comes out of woodwork.
More of an exercise class.

Karate class consists of stretching, exercising, and reviews on moves we learnt one month ago because they don't teach moves but once every 3 wks. It would be an excellent place if they actually focus on teaching karate moves. The instructors and owner are great people. Just need to vamp it up over there. I would bring my kids back.

We learn Shaolin Karate Kempo! It's great self defense! We have awesome instructors and great pricing for the classes, very affordable! :)
Horrible ownership, a new owner took over a few years ago and things changed for the worse. It’s more of a place for kids to go for just fun activities but doesn’t really have a lot of training martial arts as it used too. The school used to really focus on martial arts but now it’s not really that. I would recommend a different school for older students that want to train.
