I have been studying aikido for several years where i live, and was in the neighborhood of Galveston Aikikai on vacation so I contacted the dojo-cho and and asked if I could visit. He responded within 24 hours and said I was more than welcome. I went to class and was very pleased. All the people were very friendly, they made me feel at home. The instruction was top notch! It is effictive and comprehensive. I do a different style of Aikido, and they were very open to ideals and conversation. I would go there in a heartbeat if I could!! Definately recommend it for anyone!!
