Came to cross-train in my striking art. Stayed because of the instructor and a great bunch of guys and gals to train with. My life in the martial arts is a constant learning experience, and it's nice to find a no ego environment to train with safety and respect as priorities. "The rising tide raises all boats", and no one here is left behind.
