Class is well planned,
15minutes cardio
Streaching
6 combos and partner drill workout.
Lover it!!!
I highly recommend it!
instructors are very knowledgeable, down to earth and they are there time help you reach your Fitness goals.

My children have been attending GMA for a year now and I can't tell you how impressed I have been with their improvement over that period of time. I have seen significant strides in their focus, enthusiasm and self-discipline.
The staff has been nothing but positive and encouraging with my kids to grow in martial arts and as people.
I love it that they are making exercise fun for my kids, all in a positive, structred environment.

My son has been participating in the children's karate program at Gold Martial Arts of Great Neck for approximately 4 months now. Besides learning the skills of karate, he also learns how to live a healthy lifestyle, respect, humility, self control; it helps with balance, coordination, concentration as well. He practices daily at home and can not wait until his next class every week.
Myself and my husband also take part in the kickboxing classes. We love the classes and the instructors there. The staff are quite knowledgeable. You feel as if you are part of the family there. The kickboxing classes offer a fun and challenging workout that incorporates kickboxing techniques and intense interval training; therefore you get a whole body workout. Each class is different, so it never gets boring. You are able to go at your own pace and modify exercises to suit you abilities. The instructors are encouraging and motivating, which make you want to come back again and again for classes.

This place is professional and very well organized. the instructors are amazing and full of positive energy! highly success it. The school is clean top of the line equipment.
