Great school the training is awesome, effective and well rounded. instruction is expert level. This school is the real deal and definitely not another belt factory.

Master Rick runs and excellent program he's a hands on teacher always there and working with the students on the mat. has a great method of teaching, pushes students to excel and motivates them to train hard. the discipline and intensity is high in this school. my kids love it!
