Sifu Ng was the last disciple of the Great Grand Master Henry Leung as well as Keeper of the Temple for the Fut Sao Wing Chun Style. Sifu Ng currently teaches the Fut Hong Wing Chun system which he developed based on his experience and training of Chi-Gong and the internal aspects of Fut Sao Wing Chun. The system has a primary focus on combining personal health with increasing ones fighting acuity. The class is taught in a very informal way and training is individualized and tailored to the student. Your growth will depend on your own personal learning curve thus students who can grasp the concepts easily are able to move onto more advanced training.
