The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Full Moon Tai Chi:

• Kung Fu
• Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
• Tai chi
• Wushu
• Xingyiquan
• Baguazhan

Programs & Class Schedule

No Contracts required. Do have a $25 registration fee.

*Monday Tai Chi

11:00am to 12:00pm class starts with therapeutic chi-kung, tai chi walking, Yang Family Style long form instruction and practice session of moves

12:20 p.m.practice of the Long Form,

6:30pm to 7:00pm Yang Family style long form, therapeutic chi-kung, and tai chi walking

7:00pm to 7:45 p.m. Yang Family Style long form, posture instruction and practice session

7:45pm to 8:30pm push-hands, weapons, or applications

*Monday Yoga

5:00 to 6:00p.m.

*Tuesday Therapeutic Qi Gong
3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

*Tuesday Youth class ages 5 -12
5:00p.m. To 5:45 p.m.
Conditioning, practical self defense training, confidence building

*Tuesday Warriors Path Mixed Martial Arts
6:00p.m. To 7:00 p.m.

*Wednesday Tai Chi
6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Yang Family Style long form : tai chi walking, therapeutic Qigong , practice of postures

7:30 7:45 practice the Yang Family long form

8:09 to 8:30 Weapons instruction

*Thursday Pilates

.Thursday 7:00p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Saturday afternoon we will have special seminars that will be posted on the website and at the studio. These classes will include other Tai Chi Family Styles, Baguazhan, Xingyiquan, Baji, Liu He Ba Fa, Applications, Chi-Kung, and Women’s Self Defense. Also planning on inviting Masters to teach seminars.
