Another mc dojo claiming to teach traditional kung fu. Beside the fact that the Hun Gar style is an obsolete form of kung fu, the school doesn’t even offer proper strength and conditioning training.

Fu Saan is a great school for adults and children to learn traditional Chinese Hung Gar kung fu. Sifu Charles Carrol is an excellent teacher with deep understanding of the art and big heart. He is not just a kung fu teacher to his students, he is also a friend. I see how little kids come in with no manners and in a relatively short time become responsible young people. I am amazed at Sifu's patience with all of us. We also have teach traditional Chinese Lion Dance which is a lot of fun for everybody.

In my opinion, this school doesn't teach genuine traditional kung fu training and the instructional quality is below average.

Sifu Chuck Carroll does a fine job of instructing students in traditional Hung Gar Kung Fu and Lion Dance at his school. The schedule is flexible and prices are affordable. Check them out.

What ever your interests and reasons are in martial arts you'll find yourself fulfilling those interests and reasons plus a lot more when you study at this school; I certainly did. The instruction I got boost my mental confidence and physical endurance.
Where ever you are in life learning Fu Saan Kung Fu and the history of the lineage will help you understand yourself. It may also help you look into your own biological lineage. At the end of the day it'll help make you a better human being.

I am the father of two children--a girl and a boy--who have been members for at least five years. Needless to say, they find it a worthwhile place. Otherwise, they would have bailed out long ago. I believe the head of the school, Chuck Carroll, knows as much about martial arts as it is possible to know. I recommend it highly.
I wouldn’t waste money on this place. The instruction quality is way below average. It’s just a place for beginners or kids, not a place for advanced training.
