Friends Institute of Karate
Friends Institute of Karate is a Tenshi Goju Kai school. Accredited by the National College of Martial Arts. Mr Friend is the owner and head instructor. He is also a 20 plus year student of Hanshi Lou Angel. Mr Friend is dedicated to teaching the Tenshi system as he was taught from Hanshi Angel. The street defense is real, it works for all types of people. We have kids programs and adult programs. Brazilian Jiu-jitsu classes also are on the class schedule. Check our web site for more info.

Monday night Karate 7:00 to 8:00 pm
Monday night Jiu-Jitsu 8:00 to 9:00 pm
Tuesday night Karate 6:00 to 9:00pm
Thursday night Jiu-Jitsu 5:00 to 6:30
Thursday night Karate 6:30 to 8:00
