Master Franz and his black belts are the best! I was scared to train but always wanted to so I gave it a try. It was amazing and now two years later I am still here and improving every day. I can't say enough great things about this school and the students! Join up, work off stress, lose weight and enjoy a great martial arts experience! They are awesome with my kids too!

I have been training in martial arts with Master Franz for a very long time now. The dojo is beautiful and equipped better than anything within an hour drive from here for sure. We train hard, learn about life as well as martial arts and everyone works with everyone! The black belts are all top notch instructors who truly care about the students and want to give them the best! The classes are incredible with covering all aspects of training from the ground defenses / grappling all the way to top level striking ability. I can't say enough great things about Master Franz and the dojo.

Franz Karate is a wonderful school! Sensei Franz is an incredible teacher, whose teaching in class extends far beyond karate. He trains his students not only how to defend themselves, but also how to be successful people. Students of his learn how important it is to be responsible & dependable. He also instills in his students the importance of standing up not only for yourself, but also for others who are being bullied. So much work & effort has gone into building the dojo into a wonderful training center. Visitors from other dojos all say the same thing the first time they see the dojo- what an amazing place to train!!! And it really is! Couldn't ask for a better teacher, or better equipment & facilities.

Thank you for everything you have done for my family through teaching us martial arts. Everyone should sign up with Master Franz and Franz Karate! It is awesome!!!

It is evident that if anyone reads the review by dek on here that this a person has no experience with the school, never trained at the school and has no idea how great a person, and caring Master Franz is. Have to love keyboard warriors that have nothing better to do than waste their time belitting another person who is incredible at what they do.

That being said Master Franz is an incredible martial arts instructor who has devoted his entire life to training and teaching. He has high standards and still trains to this day with his Sensei. His classes are great for people of all ages and produce results! Anyone who ever wanted to take Karate in an authentic and great environment then this is the school for you. Stop in and check it out...no egos, no high pressure sales tactics...just great Karate and an incredible school period.

Consumers today must be wary when enrolling their own self or their children in martial arts schools. The majority of them out there just want your money and teach very little factual martial arts. Franz Karate teaches the real thing. Master Franz still travels two hours one way each week to train with his Sensei who is directly trained by Shuguro Nakazato Sensei of Okinawa. This gives parents and adults real training values, direct training linked to Okinawa and more. I have been training here over 7 years and love to get to the dojo. It has been excellent, saved my life and got me in incredible shape...not just physically but mentally and spiritually as well. This is the only dojo I would ever recommend in our area period but don't take my word for it...just join up and learn with us all!

Master Franz and his black belts truly create an environment of martial arts learning that is unique, fun and life enhancing! A little bit of old school, traditional martial arts combined with new school flavor and training methods. Our entire family trains here and have for over five years. We would highly recommend his school to anyone who wants to learn real martial arts and the self defense lessons are incredible!
