Frankfort Elite Martial Arts is a place where everyone can learn taekwondo. Ms. Nimmo works well with every age group. She has worked with my children when they were very young, and are now teenagers. She has worked with me. She has worked with my mom after my mom was diagnosed with dementia. She strives to create an atmosphere where everyone learns healthy exercise habits and discipline while feeling encouraged and welcome! She creates a wonderful sense of comrade where everyone encourages their classmates. All ages are warmly welcomed, as are people with differing abilities. I encourage you to check it out. You and your family may discover a sport that you will love and grow in for a lifetime.
Frankfort Elite Martial Arts offers skilled instruction to boost self-confidence, respect for others, and self defense skills. Ms. Nimmo runs her studio with high expectations and a nurturing environment where all students can rise to their own potential. Free introductory classes are available.
