Welcome! Framingham Taekwondo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a family-based school with martial art teaching, self defense and exercise for the whole family!
We offer kids classes ages 4-12 in Taekwondo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and adult classes every evening during the week.

The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Framingham Taekwondo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu:
The school is open Monday through Saturday:
Taekwondo Classes
Ages 4-8 classes are Tuesdays from 5-5:45 pm and Thursdays from 4:15-5 pm.
Ages 9-12 classes are Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:15-6 pm.
Open classes for all kids are Thursdays, 5-6 pm and Saturdays, 9-10 am.
Adult Taekwondo classes are Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:15-7:30 pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-7 pm.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Classes
Kids BJJ classes are Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:15-5 pm and Fridays 5:30-6:30 pm.
Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Classes
Mondays, 8-9 pm.
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:15-8 pm.
No gi class on Friday, 6-7 pm
Contract options are 12 months, 6 months or month to month (no contract)
