Nice size building, good instructors, friendly staff, lots of equipment for training, great program for kids, and women for self defense. I would recommend the school to anyone. I was amazed at the quality of the instruction and the art itself.

The best in self defense training that I have seen in Payne County. You learn something that you can defend yourself with the first day. The instructors are very knowledgeable and work well with all kinds of students.
This school is a must for anyone wanting to learn true Martial Arts.

I have been training with Master Fox for a very long time and have learned a lot that i can now share with other students. It sincerely is the best training that anyone can have, and it is very inexpensive.

I was very impressed with the classes and plan on staying for a very long time. This instructor has a vast amount of martial arts knowledge.
This school is not over priced and I feel I get slot for my money.

This class has taught my child something he could use to protect himself on the very first day. None of the other schools that I have researched will do so much so quickly.
This school is great, a must try if you are looking for true self defense.

I love this place! I have a ton of fun and met some really awesome people. I go there and have been going there for almost 7 months. I have learned a lot and continue to learn new things in every class. I didn't have to sign a contract and the owner helped set up a payment plan I could afford :)

I love this place! It has done TONS for my confidence, and ability to protect myself...As well as being a ton of fun! Best part is, there are no contracts, and it's not going to break the bank to go! The instructor is firm, yet encouraging, and well skilled in the Art. Kids and adults enjoy their time here!
There are also a variety of things to learn, and it's always something new. An overall AWESOME experience!

I visited this school yesterday and was very impressed with they way the kids were taught. Lots of encouragement and discipline. I did not stay for the older class so I cannot say how that one was.

Great classes with good hard instruction. Nothing soft about this school. We train hard and we have fun. I had to protect myself with what I have learned from here and it really works.

Lots of quality instruction for the money. The best I have found.
This place may not look like much on the outside but it is what is on the inside that counts. The instructors are very experienced and great at teaching. The Kung Fu instructor has over 40 yrs of experience and really knows his stuff. The Muay Thai instructor is 6 time international champion and trains his students accordingly. All of this and very reasonably priced too. If you are interested in Martial Arts, then you need to give this place a try.
