This school is great! They have a very friendly warm atmosphere. The instructors are always on hand to help people learn. The prices are cheap to $45 for 4 times a week!
I've been training now with Foundry for 9 months. A great school for anyone of any ability. You don't have to "be fit" to start training jiu-jitsu. You just have to be willing to start. And then stick with it.
