Great for kids and families to learn and grow. All ages from little lions 4-6 yr olds to kickboxing and jiujitsu for adults.
The kids can come in after school and get a snack and homework help. Then they have a karate class. There is another class for 4-6 year olds too. Mrs. Courtney offers lessons in taekwondo, karate, kungfu, jujitsu, sparring, self defense, and weapons.
