The instructor really knows how to handle kids, he even has a "Special Needs" class he offers. My kids have learned how to get along with each other better, have confidence, self-discipline and improved their physical endurance tremendously!! They have learned so much in his Self Defense Classes!!!! His adult classes are intense and very rewarding!!
