Our objective is educating our students on personal defensive techniques and awareness.
We specialize in hand to hand close quarters combat, with a variety of strikes, joint locks, kicks, ground defenses, and the use of defensive weapons, and weapons disarming.
The system that we teach is designed so that you don’t need a great deal of physical strength, or athletic ability to defend yourself. It’s based on skill, using leverage and the attacker’s own energy against them.
