Perfect for everybody! They are professional and promote a family type atmosphere. They instruct Kids, teens, adults, beginners, casuals, pros....anyone who is willing to learn. Instructors are fair and straight forward about what each student needs to improve on to get better. Prices for each class is very reasonable for the amount of effort shown by the staff.
Only wish there could be one more day for weapons a week but understandable due to the amount of classes they instruct every day.

Great gym to study any and all Martial Arts!
my son n daughter both took tkd at force of one n i also took the women's self-defense. we love the classes n the instructors. they will make you feel like family when you are there. the prices are very reasonable n they have tons of classes to take if tkd isnt the only thing you want to take. i just wish they had a school in GA so my kids could cont their training there. :)
