At Focus Martial Arts and Family Fitness we teach Wing Chun a self defense martial arts. We offer private lessons and group classes for youth and adults.
Sifu Ryan Leung is a Hong Kong native with experience in many martial art styles. After studying years of Tang Soo Do and Japanese Karate, Ryan finally discovered Wing Tsun Kung Fu. Ryan found that the Wing Tsun system does not rely on strength against strength during fighting, which makes Wing Tsun highly adaptable to students of all sizes.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Focus Martial Arts and Family Fitness:
We offer adult and youth classes ages 15 and up. classes are 90 minutes each. We also offer private lessons by appointment.
Class hours:
Mon: 6 pm - 7:30 pm
Wed: 6 pm - 7:30 pm
Fri: 6 pm - 7:30 pm
Sat: 11 am-12:30 pm
