The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Focus Martial Arts:
Taekwondo: Minimum age to participate is 4 years old. Separate classes held for young children. Adults and older children study a blended form of Taekwondo, Hapkido, and Boxing to ensure the student achieves a well-rounded education in martial arts while increasing their stamina and agility.
Haedong Kumdo (swordsmanship): Minimum age to participate is 8 years old. Students study swordsmanship using aluminum swords, shinai, and bokken. Advanced students can increase their skills through fruit cutting and/or bamboo cutting.
Focus Martial Arts is owned and operated by Grandmaster James Lee.
