Hands down Pittsburgh's best grappling/ju jitsu gym

The instruction is awesome, the facility is clean and the people are cool at this place. The Head instructor is a ADCC veteran...no where else in Pittsburgh can compete with those credentials. I'd recommend Flow grappling to either a beginner who wants to learn the right way the first time or any advanced grappler who wants to kick his game up to another level. Also - no contracts to sign..you only pay when you train which is pretty sweet and hard to find.
