My 7 year old daughter started training here over 3 years ago and after my older daughter watched all the great things she learned and how much excitement and fun and physical fitness she got from SuperKicks, she just had to join too! So, she did and then I did too!
SuperKicks has become our home away from home. A safe and fun learning environment.
The instructors are well trained and the owners are 5th and 6th degree black belts that care about our training and help us to achieve our best.
They are very encouraging and want us to get strong and physically fit and emphasize flexibility, endurance and self defense skills.
My daughter has even received gold medals at tournaments from her training here. Maybe I can someday too.
