Teach (old Chinese Kenpo Karate)instructors have been in the art for a decade or more. head instructor Don Shimozono has been in the Art since 1981. Small classes and family friendly. teaches basic skills to black belt level weapons. Do tournaments and other activities.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Five Forms Fist School of Self Defense:
Saturday Evenings classes 7 yrs and older
under 7 yrs can still take classes only parent or guardian must be in the class with the child.(Mostly for the safety of the child)
Private classes can be done by appointment.
