LITTLE LEADERS PROGRAM
The Little Leaders Program is for kids ages 3-5. This is an Early Developmental Program to help improve their muscle tone, hand-eye coordination and social skills. With having specific goals for the students, they will develop into the top percentage of kids their age. With the habits they learn in this program, they will be ready for success in the martial arts, in their relationships with friends and family, and in starting school. We achieve this by teaching them Healthy Habits, Safety Skills, Respect, Self-Control and Confidence.
FAMILY KARATE PROGRAM
Our Family Program is for students ages 6 and up. This program will further develop the skills necessary to handle the rigors of day-to-day life through the life skills we teach and to defend against any unwanted advances. Through our program, students learn how to gain Confidence, Discipline, Focus, Self-Control and Determination by always having a Black Belt Attitude.
KRAV MAGA PROGRAM
Our Krav Maga Program is for Ages 15 and up. Krav Maga was created for the Israeli military many years ago and in Hebrew, translates to “Contact Combat”. The program incorporates Boxing, Wrestling, Aikido, Judo, and Karate. This is a real world, highly explosive, high-energy self-defense system that is also a great fitness program.
