ive been in this dojo since i was 3 years old and they truly go step by step helping you develop all your martial arts potentials. In every tournament we have participated we always brought back first place. the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. all instructors are black belts and really do know what there talking bout this is by far one of the best martial arts schools.
Since I was in high school my parents encouraged me to learn martial arts and what a better place to start than the one closest to me. Granted it was done out of their back porch I learned everything I needed before I joined the Marines. They taught me how to mix different martial arts such as Judo,Boxing and Kempo and apply them to real life situations. Recently i've gone back to see how things were going and I must say I am impressed! When I got back I saw that they had mixed in a variety of martial arts together and included close quaters combat. The class was shared by both children and adults but only for the exercise portions as soon as the warm ups were done Sensei Edgar took the adults and showed them new CQC and then allowed them to spar to the ground. while Sensei Carlos took the kids and showed them the basics of each style. I must say for teaching out of their back porch and not costing anything they are the best in the city.
