Cardio Boxing/Cardio Kickboxing
An intense 1 hour class made to simulate a championship bout! Burn up to 1,000 calories per class and drop at least 1 lb of fat per week! Fun for everyone ages 5 and up!
Boxing 101
Learn fundamental boxing technique and train like Rocky Balboa! Good for everyone ages 5 and up!
Muay Thai
Learn fundamental kickboxing technique. Good for anyone ages 5 and up.
Battle Jitsu
Ground fighting and submission grappling ideal for mma competition. Best suited for 14 years old and up.
Renegade Fitness
Our take on the super popular crossfit. Each class in one hour and formatted to make you hit harder, run faster, jump higher and last longer! Ideal for 14 years old and up.
Kidz Combat!
Mixed martial arts training exclusively for kids 5-13 only. Kids get in shape, learn self discipline and self defense.
Super-Fit
A class special tailored to the people who show up for it. Includes weight training and technique and boxing and kickboxing.
Women's Grappling
Submission fighting and self defense techniques for women only.
