For those wanting the fight training aspect of the gym, our Muay Thai classes are structured to learn the skills of Muay Thai using all eight (8) weapons as well as the intense strength and conditioning training used to become a fighter.
Our facility is conveniently located near the center of Jackson in a 5000 sqft building. We are equipped with 20 Thai bags plus heavy bags, double end, uppercut hook bags, and speed bags. We also have fitness equipment, Thai pads, kicking shields, and a 24'x80' grappling mat.
