Great blend of arts . I think the kali, jkd, silat blend works . it is a very practical and realistic self defense . I think for anyone starting off looking for close quarter self defense and not mma ufc style type of training this school is great .

Hollock has reinvented himself! From a past student of Hunsinger's karate and former co owner of the dojo- a sport karate school in Blakeslee- to a teacher of Bruce Lee's philosophy of Jeet-kun Do. I find it sad how people treat martial arts like a business and simply change affiliations and locations only to make money. Martial arts are a skill and can not be easily changed like a pair of cheap pants.
The instructor has spent a lot of time learning under world class teachers to bring authentic instruction in several martial arts. I have attended here 4 years coming from a kickboxing background and this is the best place i have ever trained.
