the instruction is creative and engaging, playful and yet serious. values are taught alongside skill. the price point is completely reasonable and within budget. everyone should do it this way.

Family Martial Arts Center and Mr. and Mrs. Fogal are awesome! Our boys love going to class. Our oldest is thriving and it has helped his self-confidence a lot! The kids have fun and learn new things, all the while getting some exercise. We are looking forward to years of coming here! Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Sensei!

I'm 25 now, and started martial arts at age 7 under the instruction of Mr. Fogal. I'm now thankful for the positive values he taught me through martial arts: integrity, honor, self-respect, self-discipline,determination, honesty, courtesy, and kindness to others. His methods of teaching helped me learn priceless lessons and shaped me into a better person. I highly recommend Mr. Fogal's classes, especially because it aids children in becoming better members of human society.

Mr. Fogal has such a varied and diverse martial arts background he is able to allow the martial arts to develop around the student and not the student around the art. He understands that everyone comes in different shapes and sizes with varying abilities and he uses that to each student's benefit, allowing the student to find their own way under his guidance and direction.

The skills are practical and effective with the essence being self protection and avoiding danger. Confidence and a sense of inner peace are sure to follow, a benevolent heart free to enjoy the world around us.

Juan Fogal is an outstanding instructor.Today is my second day going to his class and I'm really exicted.I started going on the 26 of this month with a friend and we couldnt stop talking about how much fun we had.

We held our son off any martial arts until he was 9 years old. He loves his classes at the Dojo and is doing great. Mr. Fogal keeps the classes fun while teaching not only martial arts but also, respect (of self and others)

Stranger awareness, integrity and self control along with many other things. I like that my son has to get permission from his school teacher and parents to take a belt test. He also has to complete a good deed list in order to receive his new belt. Its been fun to meet the other families and get to know the Dojo family as well.

I received my black belt many years ago from Mr. Fogal, and I would not be the person I am today without the wonderful experiences and lessons I received from martial arts training. I recently enrolled my six year old daughter in the Lil' Ninjas program. She loves it! My daughter looks forward to every class, and she's all smiles once the class gets underway. Goal setting, perseverance, respect, and self control are just some of the topics Mr. Fogal and his instructors instill in the kids in every class amongst the kicks and punches. But they do it in such a fun and relaxed atmosphere, the kids accept the lessons whole heartedly. Anyway, I just can't say enough about the place. The school is clean, very large, and bright - A great place for kids and adults.
