At Family Martial Arts & Fitness you will find a family oriented, modern facility with classes for children, teens and adults. Martial Arts classes are broken up by age and rank, so that all students receive the best instruction available. Family Martial Arts & Fitness is Matsubayashi Ryu Okinawan Karate under the leadership of Don Caponigro.

Don Caponigro currently holds the rank of 7th Degree Black Belt; Kyoshi. Sensi Caponigro started training when he was 5 years of age and received his first Black Belt in 1977. He opened his first dojo in 1980 in Miramar, Florida.

Family Martial Arts & Fitness strives to physically improve balance, agility, strength and athleticism; through well-balanced, traditional martial art instruction.
