Welcome to the Family Cornerstone. We are a Christian Martial Arts School. The emphasis of our training is on self-defense, WE DO NOT train to compete in sporting events and/or tournaments.
Empty hands training emphasizes effective application of striking, kicking, grappling, and blocking techniques combined with movement and strategy.
The real secret to our program is our unique weapons training. We focus on combat rather than form and demonstration. Beginning students learn practical weapons of modern life...the Jo Staff, Short Stick, and knife. However, students may train in sword, cane, spear and many other classical Asian or European weapons.
