Wonderful teaching and character development with focus on the art form, , safety, respect and fun. All three of our children ( ages 8, 10, 12) love it.

It wasn't until after I signed a contract with them that I learned ranking up was not based solely on ability and attendance but on marketing as well. They actually require you to bring two people to a yellow belt ceremony who aren't related to you and to pass out 15 info cards to people to get them to come on for a free lesson. I want to be at a dojo where I recommend it because I want to, not because I feel forced.
