My kids have a blast there, and it seems like they are learning tons.
Been going to the Fallout Shelter for 6 1/2 years and would obviously highly recommend for anyone who would like to learn self-defense, various fighting styles including boxing, or is simply looking for a gym to work out at and getting into shape for a very low price compared to other gyms. Very open and friendly atmosphere.
